Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

• Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)

• Overnight Shipping (next business day)

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to only within the United States
Shipping times and costs vary by destination. 

4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your order at by clicking on the tracking information within the email.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at ccdist.utah@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned, we can reship it at your expense.
